Comission Terms of Service (TOS)Please read carefully the terms and conditions below:

1. GENERAL
* I reserve the right to decline any request that does not align with my comfort level and to terminate any active commission with justifiable cause (i.e. retroactive change requests).
* Progress will follow Sketch > Lineart / Flat Colors > Final
* Please provide all the necessary reference images and details of the character and/or scenario!2. PAYMENTS
* Payment Method: All payments are processed exclusively through Stripe.
* For commissions under 150 EUR: Payment of 100% is required upfront.
* For commissions of 150 EUR or more: A 50% deposit is required upfront, with the remaining 50% payable after approval of the sketch stage.3. REVISIONS
* 3 major revisions during the sketch phase.
* 3 minor revisions during lineart / base colors stage.
* 2 minor revisions during rendering / final stage.
Major changes include: Drastic color adjustments, pose, perspective and expression changes.
Minor changes include: Small color adjustments, facial expression tweaks and mistake fixes.
* Revisions not applicable for the “Surprise Me” service.4. DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
* 2 to 4 weeks after the payment is accepted and depending on the complexity and number of revisions.
* Rush orders will charge an additional fee.5. USE
* Personal use allows: Posting on social media, using as avatars/banners, or printing for private use.
* Commercial use will charge additional fees.
* Training on Artificial Intelligence (AI) models, and NFT sales are strictly prohibited.6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
* I retain all intellectual property and copyrights to the created artwork.
* I reserve the right to use the completed artwork for my portfolio and promotional samples. However, if you prefer to keep your commission private, please let me know.
* All delivered artwork will bear the artist’s signature. The Client is strictly prohibited from removing, obscuring, or modifying this signature on any digital or physical display of the work.6. REFUNDS
* 60% refund if the project is cancelled during the sketch phase.
* No refunds are available after lineart / base colors stage has begun.
* An exceptional 100% refund if I am unable to deliver the commission.
* Fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate cancellation of the commission and forfeiture of all usage rights.7. COMMUNICATION
* I will update each process (Sketch > Lineart / Flat Colors > Final) unless a "Surprise Me" service has been purchased.

3. Whimsical-style

- 60 EUR (for skeb service) -* Extra character: + 100%
* Props: + 5 EUR
* Chibi: + 12 EUR
* Complex background / accessories / character design: + 12 EUR

4. Extreme-style
Dark illustrations with rough rendering

- 70 EUR -
- 50 EUR (for skeb service) -* Extra character: + 100%
* Complex background / accessories / character design: + 12 EUR
